How the two-level white label works
Set up your agency's identity once and customize each client's brand whenever you need to.
Level 1: your agency's brand
App name, logos for light and dark themes, icon, favicon, main color, and privacy and terms links. Client workspaces inherit this identity.
Level 2: each client's brand
If a client has its own brand, customize its workspace and connect a dedicated domain, such as support.client.com, with an SSL certificate.

The dashboard, login page, team invitation emails and the installable mobile app (PWA), with the configured brand on the chosen domain.

How reselling works
Each client gets its own workspace, and you control each one's limits from the agency panel.
One workspace per client
Create, open, suspend and reactivate your clients' workspaces from the agency panel.
Limits that fit each client
Set limits on contacts, team members, AI agents and channels for each client, and allocate add-ons.
Your prices
You decide what each client pays. With the reseller module (an add-on), create plans with prices in BRL or USD and your own payment link; when a client pays, update the due date in the dashboard. One day after the due date, the client's workspace is locked until you set a new one.
Projects built with the Copilot
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP-compatible assistant and ask for agents, flows and pipelines. Agents are created inactive so you can review, test and activate them.
Support with your permission
When you need help, grant DisparaChat support temporary access and revoke it whenever you want.

What is a white-label WhatsApp AI platform?
It is customer service software that an agency resells under its own brand. With DisparaChat, you offer clients WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, webchat and email with AI agents, chatbots and a CRM, in a dashboard with your logo, your colors and your domain.
Can I sell the platform under my agency's brand?
Yes. The dashboard, login page, team invitation emails and installable app (PWA) use the brand you configure, on your agency's domain or on each client's. The DisparaChat name still appears in a few technical places: the Copilot authorization screen (OAuth), the API documentation and the agents' memory setting.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes, you decide what you charge your clients. With the reseller module (an add-on, purchased through our team), you create plans with prices in BRL or USD and your own payment link; when a client pays, you update the due date in the dashboard.
Which channels can I offer my clients?
WhatsApp through Meta's official API (including Coexistence/COEX with the WhatsApp Business app), Instagram (Direct, comments and stories), Messenger, Telegram, webchat and email. How is AI usage billed?
Each workspace connects its own AI key. Agents work with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, xAI or OpenRouter; the knowledge base and Smart FAQ use an OpenAI key, and voice agents use OpenAI, Gemini or xAI. Usage is billed by the provider directly to the account that owns the key, with no DisparaChat markup.
How much does the Agency plan cost?

Can I build my clients' agents with Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. The DisparaChat Copilot is an MCP server: connect Claude, ChatGPT (in developer mode, on plans that support MCP connectors) or another compatible assistant and ask for agents, flows, pipelines and FAQ answers. Agents are created inactive so you can review, test and activate them.
Does it work with the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. The default connection is Meta's official Cloud API, with Embedded Signup, approved templates and broadcasts. You can also use Coexistence (COEX) mode to keep the same number in the WhatsApp Business app.
Do I need to know how to code to resell?
No. You set up the brand, workspaces, channels and agents in the dashboard, and the Copilot builds agents and flows from what you describe in an MCP-compatible assistant. To use a custom domain, you only add the DNS records shown in the dashboard at your domain provider.
